ABOUT KATE
Seeking therapy can be an overwhelming and daunting experience. I am here to provide a safe place for you to feel comfortable when working through life's struggles without feeling judged.
As a therapist, my approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-focused, utilizing multiple types of therapies, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples, though I mainly focus on adolescents and adults.
